mpoas Privacy Policy – How We Protect Indonesian User Data
This document transparently explains how the mpoas platform collects, uses, stores, and protects users' personal data. User privacy is a responsibility we take seriously — not merely a bureaucratic formality.

Device and Browser Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, and session data collected automatically when you access the platform. This data helps us detect suspicious activity and optimize the platform's display.
Payment Information: Details of the payment methods used in Rupiah (IDR) transactions, including bank account names or digital wallet account names. We do not store full account numbers or payment application passwords — that information is processed by encrypted third-party payment providers.
Usage Data: Your activity history on the platform, such as games played, session duration, navigation clicks, and feature preferences. This data helps us understand user needs and improve our services.

2. Purpose of Data Use
Every piece of data we collect is used for a specific and accountable purpose. mpoas does not use user data for purposes beyond those stated in this policy without the user's explicit consent.
Account data is used to verify identity, process logins, and protect accounts from unauthorized access. It is also used to send important notifications about account activity, such as new logins or withdrawal requests.
Transaction data in IDR is used to process deposits and withdrawals, generate a transaction history you can access at any time, and fulfill required financial reporting obligations. This information is not shared with third parties except as stated in this policy.
Platform usage and behavioral data is analyzed in aggregate to improve the user experience, fix underperforming features, and tailor platform content to be more relevant. This analysis is performed on anonymized data that cannot be traced back to any specific individual.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The mpoas platform uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure a smooth and consistent user experience. Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit the platform, helping the system recognize your preferences and maintain your login session.
We use session cookies, which are temporary and deleted automatically when the browser is closed. We also use persistent cookies that remain for a set period to remember your language preferences, display settings, and keep you logged in longer based on your choices.
We use functional cookies to ensure the platform's core features work correctly, such as maintaining your game cart status, saving search filters, and remembering your last used payment method. Without these cookies, some platform functions may not work as intended.
You can control cookie usage through your browser settings. However, disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality. Cookie settings in browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari can be found under the Privacy or Security section of each browser's settings menu.
4. Data Storage and Security
mpoas applies appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect users' personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or accidental deletion. Data is stored on servers protected with encryption and access restricted to personnel who require it.
User passwords are stored in encrypted form using an irreversible hashing algorithm — meaning even our internal team cannot view your actual password. Financial transaction information is processed via TLS encrypted channels to prevent data interception while in transit between your device and our servers.
User data is retained for as long as the account is active and for a defined period after account closure in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Once the retention period ends, data is securely deleted from our systems.
Although we apply strict security standards, no digital system can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security incident affecting user data, we are committed to notifying affected users in accordance with applicable procedures.
5. Sharing Data with Third Parties
mpoas does not sell, rent, or trade users' personal data to third parties for their commercial benefit. User data may only be shared in the limited situations described below.
Payment service providers partnered with the platform receive the transaction information needed to process deposits and withdrawals in IDR. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are required to use the data solely for processing the intended transactions.
In situations where there is a legal obligation, court order, or official request from a competent authority, the platform may be required to disclose certain data. Such disclosure is carried out in accordance with applicable legal procedures and is limited to only the data required.
If the platform uses third-party analytics services in the future to understand usage patterns, any data shared will be in anonymized or aggregated form that cannot be individually identified. This policy will be updated to reflect such changes.
6. User Rights Over Personal Data
As a user of the mpoas platform, you have a number of rights over the personal data we hold. You may exercise these rights by contacting the support team through the official channels available after logging in.
Right of Access: You have the right to request information about what personal data we hold relating to your account, including how it is used and with whom it has been shared.
Right to Correction: If the data we hold is inaccurate or no longer relevant, you have the right to request a correction. Some data such as your name and date of birth can be updated directly through your account settings, while changes to sensitive data require identity verification.
Right of Erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal data, particularly if your account is closed and there is no legal obligation requiring us to retain it. Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following verification.
Right to Restrict Processing: Under certain circumstances, you may ask us to temporarily restrict the use of your data, for example during the resolution of a dispute or while a data correction request is being processed.
