Such changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
Continued use of the service after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. Users are therefore advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest changes that may affect their rights and obligations.

2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full features of the mpoas platform, users are required to create an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts along with any balances held within them.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity that occurs within their account. If a user suspects unauthorized access to their account, they must contact the platform support team immediately. mpoas will never ask for a user's password via email, chat, or any other communication channel — any such request should be treated as a scam.
Users who register must be at least 18 years of age. The mpoas platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm compliance with the minimum age requirement and the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to complete this verification may result in account restriction or closure.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
Users of the mpoas platform must use the service only for lawful purposes that do not violate applicable laws in Indonesia. Users are prohibited from using the platform to commit fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use automated software (bots) for unauthorized purposes will result in strict action, including permanent account closure.
Users are solely responsible for every transaction made from their account. Claims that a transaction was carried out by another party without the account owner's knowledge will only be processed if the user can provide valid evidence of an account breach. Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of this service does not violate the laws applicable in their location.
Users are prohibited from distributing misleading content, hate speech, or content that infringes the rights of others through any communication channel connected to the platform. Violations of this obligation may result in temporary or permanent account suspension depending on the severity of the breach.
- Registering an account using another person's identity is prohibited
- Sharing an account with any third party is prohibited
- Attempting to access another user's account is prohibited
- Using the service while in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited is not permitted
- Taking any action that disrupts the security or performance of the system is prohibited
4. Payments and Transactions in IDR
All financial transactions on the mpoas platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. The use of bank accounts or payment accounts belonging to third parties is not permitted and may result in funds being frozen and the account being closed.
The platform offers a variety of local payment methods including bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI) and digital wallets (DANA, GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay). Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on the chosen method and the account's verification level. Detailed information is available on the Payments page after logging in.
Users understand that the withdrawal process requires verification that may take time depending on the method and the verification queue. mpoas reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals if there are indications of suspicious activity or if identity verification has not been completed. Funds associated with activity that violates these terms may be forfeited without compensation.
5. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
mpoas reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if a violation of these terms and conditions is found, if fraudulent or manipulative activity is detected, or if the user provided false information during registration. Users may appeal a suspension decision through the official support channel by submitting relevant evidence.
Users may also close their own account by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no indications of activity that violates these terms. The account closure process typically takes several business days.
Accounts that have been inactive for a certain period may be temporarily deactivated. Users can reactivate an inactive account by contacting support and completing a re-verification process if required. The inactive account policy may be updated at any time in accordance with applicable terms.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Limitation of Liability

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission from mpoas.
The mpoas platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service. The platform's liability is limited to the value of the transaction directly involved in the incident in question. Users use the service at their own risk, subject to applicable legal limitations.
The platform does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or that it will meet users' specific expectations. Planned system maintenance as well as unexpected technical incidents may cause temporary disruptions, and the platform is not liable for any losses arising from such disruptions.
7. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
mpoas reserves the right to modify, update, or replace all or part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the date of the update noted. Users who continue to use the service after changes are published are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
